Since it was founded in 2015, Ildfast has developed substantially, supplied many successful projects and gained lots of satisfied customers. That is why we have been expanding our skilled team.
In order for us to maintain our high standards, we began the process of hiring several new employees in the autumn of 2022. In collaboration with Adecco Follo, Ildfast has both recruited externally and developed our own employees for new positions internally.
In addition to strengthening our management, we have employed personnel in technical drawing, project managers and fitters. In total, Ildfast now has 22 permanent employees, who all want to contribute to Ildfast being the best place to work.
We warmly welcome all new arrivals to Team Ildfast and hope they have already settled in to their challenging and exciting work schedules with us!
